Jan Vermeer van Delft created 1658 the servant with the milk jug. By the dyed glass of the window soft light falls into the meagre kitchen and underlines the tender ruralness of the represented farm servant. The giraffe version of Vermeers masterpiece underlines the nearly meditative peace, which radiates the service farm servant. One has nearly the feeling, which would flow milk more slowly than into genuine.
